The rates don't include the Environmental fee: 1,5 euro/day/room, which is paid with cash on departure.
Terms and Conditions
- Pets are not allowed.
-Park bed for children can be provided by prior arrangement.
- Extra beds are not provided.
- The interior of the house is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only at the exterior spaces of the property.
- Quiet hours 15:00-17:30 and 23:30-8:00
- It is not allowed hosting parties

Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation:
- 22 days or more prior to the arrival, the prepayment is returned in full to the client/visitor (bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor);
- 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor (any bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor);
- 1 to 13 days prior to the arrival, none of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor.
- Departure prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the remainder of the stay is charged.
